We are going to have a soft launch of new beaches in the Bahamas. We have posted info on a dozen or so beaches so far and we will release the rest of them in the coming weeks.

Issue with the Locations

Sorry folks, we are having a few problems when users are searching for beaches near a location.

We are rolling out a new searching system soon that should solve all problems and make it a whole lot easier to search for beaches near a location.

New features include improved location matching, better mapping and an improved layout.

Americas Best Beaches Book

Just purchased America’s Best Beaches book by Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman. It has great pictures and reviews and it discusses environmental issues surrounding beaches.

Trip to Siesta Key

A favorite beach destination for us has always been Siesta Key. Home to possibly the nicest sand in the entire world. Great little island that is hopping with life, great down town area with bars, restaurants, and gift shops great area for all ages. Check out these beaches on Keep off the Dunes.com…
