By using or accessing KeepofftheDunes.com (collectively, "the website", "we" or "us") or any other page or content directly associated with it, you are agreeing to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Commitment to Privacy
We have no intention to collect or use any personal information about our users. Compared to many other sites similar in style or features, we collect very little information. For a typical user, we do not require a log in at any time. Any page that is available to the public may be used at any time. Pages that we deem private will include a statement at the bottom warning against the usage of that page. Any information that is collected about users will not be shared with any other parties.

Collecting Information from Users
We collect various types of non-personal information in an effort to better the website at all times. This means that user actions are kept recorded solely for the purpose of continually making the website better for the community. At no point is the data collected associated with a particular individual. However the Internet Protocol address can be stored and analyzed for the purposes which we deem necessary to the success of the website. Users post reviews, submit ratings, and upload photos using their own discretion. The website can not be held liable for any problems, legal or otherwise that arise from the content posted by its users. We make an effort to clean up the site as much as we can and continuously strive to make the website "family friendly."

Third Party Services and Links
The website can not be held liable for the content that is made available by third party websites. We use web services from other companies including but not limited to Google. The website displays photos retrieved from other sites which are subject to the policies from other websites, not ours. We take measures we deem necessary to make our site "family friendly" but can not guarantee the content that is made available through other websites. We allow our users to submit local links, which are defined in the help section under "Local Links". These links often lead to sites that are not owned or controlled by us; therefore we can not be responsible for the content on those sites. When a local link is submitted, someone on our staff will review the link initially to make sure it fits the profile of what we think is acceptable to have on our site. However, because of the fact we can not control the other sites, they are subject to change without letting us know, and therefore we can not be held liable for their actions and content. If our website was to be sold or otherwise transferred to new ownership, the new owners could be in possession of any and all data collected and stored by KeepofftheDunes.com.
