The KeepofftheDunes.com Service
KeepofftheDunes.com provides various services through the internet in an effort to show the world the information we have collected and foster a community of beach enthusiasts. Services can be changed at our discretion and may be done without warning. It is our hope that people enjoy using the features and services that we provide.

Rules
1.) You may not upload a photograph, submit a review, add a local link or submit content to any of our current or future services that is not considered "family friendly". Nudity, sex, violence, horror, crude, language, or other inappropriate material are strictly prohibated.

2.) You may not interfere in any way with our software, hardware or any part of our code. It is not acceptable to attempt to reverse engineer any service on our site.

3.) There are no robots or spiders allowed with the intention of collecting information. Google.com, Yahoo.com, Live.com, Ask.com and other major search engines (doing at least millions of queries a day from public users and available for free to the public) are allowed to index our pages in order to allow our site to be found in their listings. Other than the aforementioned, no one under any circumstances is allowed to parse or automate the collection of any data, text, images, or code from our site.

Intellectual Property
Hundreds (more likely thousands) of hours have been spent collecting the information necessary to run this site. Because we have collected the data, in no way are you allowed to use the data, text, images, or the general "look and feel" without the express written consent of KeepofftheDunes.com. We take this matter very seriously and will pursue those in violation.

The people behind KeepofftheDunes.com have spent a long time collecting and ensuring that the data that is displayed is as accurate possible. Because of the changes that take place around the world, we can not be held liable for any information that is not accurate or current
